Child Safety Standards Policy
To ensure the safety of and to protect children against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), we have published these child safety standards.
If you believe a child to be in immediate danger, please contact local law enforcement immediately. Don't wait.
1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
We have a zero-tolerance policy for any child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on our service. Accounts found to be engaging in such activities or distributing CSAM will be permanently banned and reported to the appropriate authorities.
2. What is CSAE?
CSAE stands for child sexual abuse and exploitation. CSAE includes content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, for example, grooming a child for sexual exploitation, sextorting a child, trafficking of a child for sex, or otherwise sexually exploiting a child.
3. What is CSAM?
CSAM stands for child sexual abuse material. CSAM consists of any visual depiction, including but not limited to photos, videos, and computer-generated imagery, involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
4. Age Verification
In order to register for the service, users must confirm that they are 13 or older. Users under the age of 13 are not allowed to use the service. If you discover a user who you suspect is under the age of 13, please report them with our in-app reporting mechanism so we can delete their account and account data.
We highly encourage parents or guardians to monitor all of their minor and teen children's app and online service usage of our service and other services.
5. Privacy
We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover such information on our service, we take immediate action and delete it.
6. Compliance
Our service complies with all applicable child protection laws and adheres to the Tech Coalition Child Safety Standards, to combat online child sexual abuse and exploitation.
Additionally, we strictly prohibit:
- The uploading, sharing, solicitation, or promotion of any child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- The use of the service for exploiting children (CSAE), grooming children, or any other behaviour that may endanger children.
- Any behavior, communication or content that violates child protection laws.
7. Reporting
Users can report other users with an in-app mechanism by selecting "Report" on the profile screen, post screen, or any other area where user generated content is posted. Users can select a prompt for the reason of their report. Any reports that are related to CSAE/CSAM are automatically escalated for immediate review and action.
You can also report content by emailing us at support@bloomappone.com.
8. Action
